Wild Horse Brewing Co. in Llandudno has been crowned Community Sport Hero at the 2026 PubAid Community Pub Hero Awards.
Claire Hughes MP nominated Wild Horse for the award and welcomed Emma and Dave from the brewery to Parliament for the awards ceremony this week.
Since starting out in Llandudno in 2015, Wild Horse has become a well-known part of the local community. Its monthly running and cycling clubs are open to people of all abilities, bringing people together for social runs and rides which normally finish back at the Taproom.
Claire said:
“I was really proud to nominate Wild Horse for this award. They’ve built a brilliant community around their running and cycling clubs, bringing people together whatever their pace or ability.
“A huge llongyfarchiadau to Emma, Dave and the whole Wild Horse team. It’s a very well-deserved award and fantastic to see a Llandudno business recognised on the national stage.”
Fancy getting involved? You can sign up for one of Wild Horse’s social runs or rides – or, if that sounds a little too energetic, you can always just pop into the Taproom for a beer!
